The following terms apply to all orders placed after 3/1/2020-I reserve the right to decline any commission.-All orders are non-refundable and cancellations are only allowed prior to payment.-As of 3/1/2020 I am asking for half of the total cost of the order up front before I begin working on your art.
You will have the opportunity to ask for changes throughout the process.-I ask for the second payment upon completion of the art.-By commissioning me you are purchasing the rights to use the graphics/art I create.-If you are using my art for commercial use or merchandise please let me know before hand. Credit is required for commercial use.-I still maintain ownership of the original art, and it may be shown as an example here or on my social media.-Do not claim the work as your own.-Depending on my availability and how big of an order you place, your order may take me several weeks. When placing an order please
let me know what your expectations are in terms of time. You are also welcome to check in occasionally
if you want to hear about the current status of your order.VTuber Model Terms of Service-If I feel that I cannot complete your request to the best of my ability I may decline your commission.-Credit must be given for my art and/or rigging work.
